Mapu Yapa, meaning “Earth’s Gift” in Mapuche, is exactly what Mapu Yapa Adventures seeks to share: gifts from the earth in the form of unforgettable experiences shaped by the beautiful landscapes of southern Chile. Rooted in our family’s land in the Los Lagos Region, we invite guests to discover wild rivers, towering volcanoes, ancient forests, and pristine lakes through adventures that feel deeply personal and connected to place.
Our goal is simple—to help people experience Chile in a way that is authentic, immersive, and truly their own. Each journey is thoughtfully designed to blend exploration with connection: rafting the bright turquoise waters of the Petrohué River, hiking volcanic ridgelines, trekking through the legendary Cochamó Valley, fly fishing clear Patagonian rivers, or simply sharing a meal together at the farm after a day outdoors.
We work with trusted local guides and operators throughout the region to highlight the very best of southern Chile while supporting the communities who know these landscapes best. At its heart, MY Adventures is about sharing the gifts of this land—creating meaningful adventures that allow guests to explore Patagonia in a way that feels personal, memorable, and entirely their own.
Paulina Peña and Corry Jones are partners in both life and adventure, bringing together a shared passion for the outdoors and a deep respect for wild places.
Paulina is an adventure photographer, storyteller, and outdoor industry professional who has spent years working with leading outdoor brands while exploring some of the world’s most remarkable landscapes. Through photography and storytelling, she focuses on capturing the beauty, emotion, and transformative experiences that come from time spent outside.
Corry brings more than a decade of experience as a professional whitewater raft guide and is also a certified swiftwater rescue instructor, having spent years guiding rivers and teaching river safety and rescue skills to paddlers and professionals. His extensive knowledge of rivers, safety, and expedition logistics helps shape the adventure experiences we create and ensures guests feel confident and supported while exploring Patagonia’s wild waterways.
Together, Paulina and Corry created MY Adventures to share the landscapes they love and to invite others to experience the adventure, beauty, and culture of southern Chile in a meaningful and unforgettable way.
